Kevin Herstein

Kevin Herstein serves as Senior Director, Acquisitions at Saban Real Estate, where he leads the strategic growth of the firm’s Manufactured Housing platform, overseeing acquisition sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and execution. In this role, he partners closely with asset management, capital markets, and operations teams to drive investment strategy and evaluate complex transactions from initial screening through closing.

Prior to joining Saban, Kevin was a Senior Director, Acquisitions at CBRE Investment Management, where he led investment sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence across multifamily, manufactured housing, single-family rental, and student housing assets. During his tenure, he acquired $1.2 billion in asset value and led the firm’s entry into the manufactured housing sector.

Previously, he held acquisitions roles at Virtus Real Estate Capital, AXA Investment Managers, and AIG Global Real Estate, where he executed over $2.8 billion in acquisitions across multifamily, student housing, self-storage, industrial, office, and retail assets. He began his career as an Analyst at CBRE in their Houston and Boston offices.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a minor in Economics from Gettysburg College.
